Job Description
We are looking for a curious and skilled team leader to join our team in the pharmaceutical process industry. Continuing on the solid foundation we have laid in the recent past, the ideal candidate will be responsible for building Europe’s number 1 team for the production of nasal emergency medication. You will also be highly involved in full automated filling, assembling and packaging line and in the future in constructing a new facility.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of professionals in the pharmaceutical process industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to meet the high quality and GMP standards (FDA)
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  •  Master (HBO/WO) degree in engineering, life science or related field.
  •  10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical process industry.
  •  Proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Capacity to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions.

  • A gross monthly salary between € 6.172 and € 8.487 based on a full-time employment contract. The exact salary will be tailored to your knowledge and work experience.
